Hello
I was served this cheeseboard whilst on my travels and would like to make one as I can’t find it online anywhere.
I need assistance with making it including where I could find the swivel knife implanted in the board
Any help is appreciated.

Making the board itself would be a relatively easy project. I'd suggest picking up a laminated timber panel and a jigsaw. Sketch your pattern out and transfer it onto the timber. You can then cut it out with the jigsaw and sand the edges for a smooth finish. To seal the board I suggest a food-safe oil. This is a project you could easily knock out in an afternoon and the laminated panel will be large enough to make a few extra for friends and family.
In regards to the swivel knife, I'm not aware of any products that would suit your needs, though we do have a fantastic range of cheese knives to select from.
Remember your PPE including safety glasses and a face mask.
