All my wifi contact sensors have stopped working in the Alexa app (Device unresponsive) .
they all work fine in the Grid connect app
I have removed device and data and reinstalled them, still not working
I have unlinked the alexa skill and relinked, still not working

Re: How to fix wifi contact sensors that stopped working with Alexa?
@Darr57 you will have to do a flash sync on it to pair it, sorry I forgot one thing i just remembered.
Are you 100% Sure they are Wifi and not Bluetooth?
Do you have a Bluetooth hub like below?
My exact sensor as below is Bluetooth
To bring the sensor over into SmartLife you also need to migrate the Bluetooth hub as well otherwise it can't communicate back to your router.
A pain in the Butt I know, I migrated over 80 devices some time ago but SmartLife is much better. More features.
Also is your Bluetooth Hub on and connected? Just a thought? Did someone accidentally disconnect it?

By any chance do you use them with the alexa app
If so do they still work with your system

Under SmartLife did you bring across the Bluetooth Hub as well?
They need the Hub to be able to communicate to the network and the cloud

No I don't but I use Google Home and the only door sensors that are showing up under google home are my wifi sensors and ZigBee sponsors not my Bluetooth sensor.

Re: How to fix wifi contact sensors that stopped working with Alexa?
@Darr57 I have tried to link those sensors to a different 3 in 1 hub before and they don't work it needs to be the GC BT hub as I uploaded the picture below.
