My daughter is locked out of her bathroom. There's no one on there and she can't get in through the window. Any suggestions? I have a video but no photos and can't seem to find how to upload a video on here. It's a round knob like the one in the photo my son sent from his house. But the knob in question is intact.
Good Evening @Kightleys
Wooohooo Cheering! Stress leveles dropping!
And yeah I know that type tho not well enough to tell you how to unlock it from the other side Wonder if someone else will know as I would love to file it away if needed myself.

Hello @Kightleys
I was wondering which of the recommendations made worked. I'm glad to hear you got the door unlocked.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

My daughter said "It took brute strength to twist the knob and plate off the fixed plate. Then undid the screws so the back came off and used the screwdriver to flick it open"
Not sure if that makes sense, Eric? Thx again for your help.
