This slight crack has been there 20 yrs. Following changing a beam underneath it has buckled. The idea of pulling all the tiles up and laying lino doesn't excite me. There are decking squares although may not sit up high enough, also expensive. Any ideas? The marine carpet idea doesn't excite me either. Unless I have to pull up all the tiles and retile it.

Something I keep telling my friends when they are worried about the state there property is in and considering selling is.
-Only sink money into repairs if you are going to get more back for fixing/painting/landscaping it. I see so many people super stressed about having to get it right first. If someone wants to buy it they will already have plans for parts that may not be what you are calling worrysome 
I try and ballance between stress and best price.
