Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @patriciavfarrel. It's wonderful that you've joined us and many thanks for your question about repairing tiles.
It would be helpful for our members when offering advice if you could show us some images of the damaged tiles. This will give them an idea of the extent of the damage and any possible solutions.
Generally, you'd need to replace cracked tiles with new ones. Some of our members might be able to let you know if they have ever successfully repaired cracks in their own tiles before.
