Grid Connect device not displaying

Grid connect device 

Not showing up 

device is pulsing the light as it should do

But although it obviously connects it does not display the device 

!!!!!!

Can you please tell us what kind of device you purchased? Certain Grid devices have very specific steps you need to take in order for it to work. Once we find out what kind of product you have, we'll be able to offer recommendations on how to proceed.
