Flexi Storage - How to fit shelves onto single S-Track?

Flexi Storage - single bracket system:

I might be doing something wrongly, but it seems to me that the shelf cannot sit flush on the single S-Track brackets? Either the board is too wide or the S-Track bracket is not wide enough.

What can I do?

Re: Flexi Storage - How to fit shelves onto single S-Track

Hello @CT13

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us.

I apologise for the issues you've experienced. Please allow me to make an inquiry with my teammate and Flexi Storage to find out if any progress has been made in regards to the shelves. We'll need to find out if the proper sized shelves are available at the store. If they are, we'll be more than happy to exchange the shelves.

Thank you for your patience.

Eric

Re: Flexi Storage - How to fit shelves onto single S-Track

Hi @CT13,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your shelf installation.

Flexistorage has previously recommended inserting the front of the shelf first and then lowering the back in. They've found that putting the back in first and then lowering the front causes the tongue on the front end of the bracket arm to come into contact with the front edge of the shelf.

There are a couple of options if that doesn't work. The first would be that you contact the technical team at Flexi-Storage, who are happy to guide you through the installation process. Alternatively, I recommend discussing the issues with the store manager at the location where you purchased the shelving. I'm sure they will do their best to help resolve the situation.

Mitchell
