Extension Requirements in Victoria

Hello Community, Could I please ask for some information in regards to the legalities of a proposed extension I am looking at doing similar to the one pictured below.

The roof will be a mixture of clear and smoke laser light.

Walls and floors similar to picture.

I am thinking of concrete footings for the posts.

I am just wondering would I need plans and approval for a structure like this one?

Yes you will need planning and building approvals
The building approval stage will require Engineering Drawings, Details & Certification
Your council should have a checklists. hth

You just need to contact your council to assist with this. Every council has different rules and regs.
