Demo air conditioner has missing parts

I bought an air conditioner, it was the last demo without a box, I brought it home and found that there were not enough parts. there is no square piece that will connect to the air conditioner. Please tell  me where i can get it?

thanks for the advice. such air conditioners are no longer in Melbourne. Of course I would like to get missing parts if not I will refund. Can this part be ordered from the manufacturer?

Yes, see any team member from in the home or special orders and they can put in a spare part request.  Or if they can't they'll refund.
