Can you use MDF VJ Panels for ceiling?
Can I use MDF VJ Panels for a ceiling instead of walls? Or is there something similar to use for a ceiling I don't want to gyprok? It's just a teenage "retreat" underneath the house. The only reason we're even installing a ceiling over the beams is to hide the soundproofing foam we put up.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Can you use MDF VJ Panels for ceiling?
Hello @gsheahan
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your ceiling.
Both can be used for ceiling applications, but it will be necessary to build a timber frame to prevent the panels from sagging and bowing. My best advice is to measure the area you'll be covering and see which panel will provide the maximum amount of cover with the least number of pieces.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
Eric
