Could you please let us know some details on what type of door this is? Cabinet, bedroom, entrance, or maybe a sliding door?
If this was a cabinet, you're possibly looking for soft close hinges. Or, perhaps you want a stick-on solution, like these Madico 11mm Vinyl Round Floor Protection. You can stick them on the frame, so when the door closes, it softens the noise. There is also a whole range of felt pads that could also work.
