Bunnings used to sell 2250 x 600mm 30mm Plywood Pine BC Grade. I'm halfway through a project and just found out it's no longer stocked. Is there any chance some stores may still have some left? Or somewhere else I can buy it from??

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community and thank you for your question.

I've checked our stock levels and unfortunately, there is no longer any 2250x600x30mm BC grade plywood in the Bunnings network.

A solution is to grab two sheets of 15mm plywood and glue them together with wood glue. 

As long as you get nice even coverage with your glue, lay the plywood on a flat surface and apply even weight across the surface while the glue sets, the result will be the same.
