How to hang Holman misting system along Colorbond fence?

Hey all I have recently brought the Holman 25m misting system  for our backyard. Now they have only come with nail in hose clamps.
I’ve never installed these before but after some advice because I only have eves and gutter facet to stall to and that are is only small so I was thinking of running a length along our colour bond fencing.
Now what the best option or device on how to hang these misters, do I try nail the hose clamps into the eves? And what option do you think I should use to hang along out colour bond fencing ?
cheers guys located Perth WA

Re: demisters

Hi @Glenn83,

It would be helpful to know what material your eaves are made from, as this will influence the best approach for installation. If your eaves include a timber fascia board beneath the gutter, it would likely be best to attach the misting system to the lower edge of the fascia using the supplied timber nails. This should provide a secure and stable installation point for the nail-in hose clamps.

For the Colorbond fence, you could consider using self-tapping screws, such as the Zenith 8G x 20mm Galvanised Button Head Metal Screws. However, keep in mind that the supplied plastic clips are not compatible with these screws, as the holes in the clips are not large enough. When attaching to a Colorbond fence, I have found that using these screws along with Kinetic 6mm Copper Pipe Saddle Clips works effectively. These saddle clips are durable and fit well with the screws, providing a neat and secure way to hang the misting system along the fence. This is the method I used to attach the kit to a metal fascia.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Mitchell
