Hi
Can anyone recommend a cleaning product suitable to use in a pressure washer to clean external render and windows? I can't reach these by hand but the pressure washer and foam cannon can get up there. Any tips on products I can spray on and hose off would be great.
Hi @Stewartg
I would like to suggest high pressure water and sud s alone may not be as efficent as a gentler suds and a broom / that littlr bit or mechanical rubbing can clean better some times
So I recommend out of many choices mostly all pretty good a Gerni which comes with a spining brush head with a long reach handle. Some ordinary dish washing detergent is gease cutting and designed for glass to with just the right amount of suds or you can buy more expensive products with are silmilar in function. There are cheaper gerni options but this has the right accessories for your purpose.
$219
SO try yhat
.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Stewartg. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about pressure washer cleaning products.
Some great advice there from @Jewelleryrescue. However, it sounds like the brush attachment from a Gerni might struggle to reach the area needed.
Regarding your question and cleaning products, we have Karcher 1L Stone High Pressure Cleaner and Gerni 1L Outdoor Glass Cleaner. Alternatively, you might like to use a stand-alone hose-on unit like the Simple Green 2L Outdoor Cleaner With Hose Attachment.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Afternoon @Stewartg
Im not sure about a pressure washer cleaning hard to reach areas, I find the pressure washer work great where I have control over the head as its close and usually on the ground. I have used a telescopic bar plus a soft broom that allows water to flow though it to clean my second story windows. The closest I can find is sabco car and caravan water wash brush with suds Plus I used a similar product to this simple green 2l exterior glass cleaner with hose attachment
I did see a product for high pressure cleaners. 30 seconds 5l outdoor cleaner with power sprayer while I was looking at what I have used. I still prefer the non high pressure cleaner way but I know the draw card a high pressure water blaster is like Yeah I went nutso on my concrete patio and path lol
Id also like to say hell and offer a warm welcome to the Bunnings community Its a great place to hang out in and you will find so many different ways to solve problems its not funny!

Thanks @Dave-1 , yes ideally I would have the stuff to clean in closer proximity but 2 and 3rd floors are unfortunately too far up. Otherwise yes that outdoor cleaner looks good.
Thanks too @MitchellMc yes the brush attachment won't do any good but I will try those products thanks they look what I need.
Thank also @Jewelleryrescue do already have that brush head attachment and its great for pathways etc but need a bit of height in this situation.
Evening @Stewartg
I saw this when I was search for the brush and then forgot to put it in the post. Its an 3.66m extension pole for the brush.
3.66 extension sabco pole crossing fingers it brings it into the realm of doable.
