Re: What to plant for hanging baskets for winter?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Lorhan. It's marvellous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about winter plantings for hanging baskets.

You're in luck, as we have an excellent article on How to choose plants for hanging baskets. @Noelle, one of our horticultural experts, recommends Pansies, Violas and Polyanthus for winter plantings in hanging baskets. These are all great choices as they'll add a pop of colour to your garden throughout winter. Let me also mention another one of our gardening enthusiasts, @mich1972, to see if she has any favourites.

I'll add Cyclamen to the list as one of my personal favourites. They'd be perfect for this area if it receives bright, indirect light. They have unique flowers and enjoy the cooler temperatures of winter.

Were there any other plants you were considering? If so, let us know, and I'm sure our knowledgeable members will be keen to advise on their suitability.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
