What screws for Treated Pine decking frame?

Hi, If I was using 90x45 Treated Pine to build a decking frame (no decking as using WPC decking), what size type screws would I use?  I also need to use 70 x 45 Treated Pine in another section, so what type/size would I use for this?

Hi @scenario123 

I would used galvanised 75mm batten screws through pilot holes in the top timbers so the screws grab and hold in to the timber beneath.

Hi @scenario123 

That's a spot on recommendation by @Nailbag. I also agree with the suggestion of drilling pilot holes in the timber to prevent timber splitting and prevents the screws from snapping their heads off.
