What products can I purchase to clean the eaves?

Hi there team Bunnings, 

Hope you are well,

I have noticed my eaves right outside my bathroom has mould? or dust? not exactly sure what this is.

I was wondering which products I can use to clean this?

Before you attempt to use any chemicals on it, I suggest using an Oates Compact Deck Scrub Brush to remove the dust and cobwebs. If mould is present, I suggest using 30 Seconds 5L Outdoor Cleaner Concentrate in combination with Aqua Systems 2L Garden Pressure Sprayer. Make sure to follow the mixing instructions and please make sure to put on personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a dust mask when spraying.

Give the cleaning mix enough time to activate before scrubbing the area with the scrub brush. Wash the area with your garden hose. Stubborn spots will require a secondary application.
