I have an Ozito lawn mower which I find really convenient to use, but in some areas of lawn which are really thick it just constantly stops. Which lawnmowers do you recommend?
Hi @Ricochet,
That really depends on why it's stopping. If the grass is quite thick, then you might need to raise the mower to full height for one pass and then lower it again for the second. They'll typically stop if the motor is bogged down and can't spin up. If you currently have an 18V mower, then a 36V mower would be more capable of mower those areas. However, if the grass is extremely coarse and thick, or there is a depression in that portion of the lawn, even a 36V might still struggle.
If you currently have a 36V Ozito lawn mower, then you'd likely have to raise it for those areas or consider switching to a petrol mower.
