What is 'paint stripper wash'?

Translation to aussie english needed:

I'm using the US made Citristrip gel to strip paint and it refers to cleaning up with 'paint stripper wash' and 'mineral spirits'. 

I can't find anything online under paint stripper wash.

As for mineral spirits, I have metho spirits and mineral turps - which is mineral spirits?

Hi @SuseMck,

That's actually quite a heated debate.

Mineral turps is roughly equivalent to mineral spirits. Alternatively, Acetone and Shellite should also work. 

There are brands that do a dedicated paint stripper wash, but I think you'll find they are just Mineral spirits based products.
