What bearer sizes for shed 5m x 4m?

Hi there with pile spacing in between of 1m on all what size bearer should i use?

Can i use 100 x 100 SG8?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Digit. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about bearers.

SG8(dry) (old VSG8 ) is suitable for lintels, floor joists, roof beams, general framing and trusses. SG8(wet) (old G8 grade) is suitable for decking joists, verandah posts, pergolas and other outdoor timbers. 

 

So, a dry 100 x 100 SG8 would be suitable to span 1000mm. However, you'd need to speak with an engineer about whether that calibre of timber is suitable for the shed design you are going with.
