This little York caravan has been so much fun to renovate. I built new benchtops new cupboards doors that were completely chipping. Dulux tranquil green was used to paint the cabinets and I put rattan and spray painted the door handles. I added new latches to stop the doors from opening. I made new curtains that were neutral and easy to pull up. I also spray painted the hood in black. I also had to buy a small fridge as the two way fridge was broken. I painted all the walls and ceilings as well as having to out by panels in one of the walls that had a bit of water damage.
I'm loving the vibes with this project @selva! The only problem is, whenever I see a caravan decked out this well, I spend all night going through classifieds, trying to find something in my budget to renovate myself. One day I'll find something.
It's just fabulous what you've done here, and I trust you are really proud of your efforts.
Many thanks for sharing.

Hahha!! 😂 do it! Buy the caravan it’ll be so much fun! Not only renovating it and decorating it but then making memories with the kids and the family and even the wallet will thank you!! Thanks for your comments !
This is fantastic, I've tackled 2 Chesney 11ft caravans and then went all in on a Chesney 18ft that was completely gutted.
The 18ft looked vintage on the outside but it was completely modern on the inside with roof mount A/C, fridge, gas cooker, solar, batteries, inverter, triple bunks and more. The 2 11fts were very retro inside and out.
Ah wow!! What an inspiration!! I have such a weakness for those little vintage gems! If I had the space I would get another one to do up they’re so much fun and my kids are getting bigger and those triple bunks you made sounds like the right plan!! Do you still have them and use them?
Hey @selva no I sold them on after some use and made some $ and went again, after the last one that was it though I was also restoring VWs for flipping and others and it got all to much between work and family this one sill resides in my shed but not for long hopefully will be gone in the next month so I can continue with the man shed build.
