A weekend DIY job for handy hubby and I, taking our street appeal from drab to fab. This was one of many projects taken on to give our brand new home a personal touch, we loved this project and have many more in the works. Next stop extending the back patio and VJ hallway. Thanks Bunnings for making our DIY dreams.. reality!

Those stairs leading up to your front door look fabulous. They are truly very inviting and because you've built them like decking, it doesn't have that fixed rigid feel of stairs. Have you thought about installing deck lights for easy navigation in the evening? Or maybe even a motion sensor system to illuminate both entrance and steps when anyone gets close. It also serves as an informal security system for your front entrance.
