I have an older Ryobi line trimmer that needs a services - Ryobi web site refers to Bunnings as service agents.
In in Reservoir Vic (closest store is Thomastown)
Do you have details of the service agent please.
Hi @RobertHausler,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community! It is awesome you have decided to join and jump straight in with a great question.
I had a chat with a team member at Thomastown Bunnings and they said it would be best for you to head in-store and go to the service desk for them to look over your line trimmer. They also suggested going in the morning as that is when the majority of their garden department service team members will be in.
If you need further information or assistance, I would be happy to help.

Hi @RobertHausler,
If you would like a standard servicing on your trimmer, that can be done at any local lawnmower/garden equipment service centre. There's no need to go to a dedicated Ryobi service agent for a generic tune-up, including items like sparkplug replacement.
We'd also be happy to instruct you on how to do basic maintenance on your unit, as this is something you can do yourself at home. Have you changed the sparkplug or air filter, and does the unit have fresh full in it?
