How to repair foam mail box?

   what can I use to join and repair my mailbox?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your letterbox.

I suggest cleaning the grey edge of your letter box and applying either Selleys 350g Liquid Nails Exterior or Sika 290ml Sikaflex®-118 Extreme Grab Construction Adhesive on the grey broken edge of your letterbox. Position the letterbox firmly on the base of the letter box and put a heavy object on top of it so that it does not topple in the wind. Give the adhesive enough time to cure properly before you start using the letterbox.
