How to mount retractable hose reel to brick wall?

Hi Experts

I have got GARDENA 30m Roll Up Retractable Hose Reel bought it 10/2023

I have used the wall plugs and screw supplied by manufacturer Gardena to mount 30m Roll Up Retractable Hose Reel on October 2023 today bracket came off the wall (Brick veneer) I guess because of the hollow bricks or plastic plugs can't handle retracting and weight ?

What other fasteners can be used other than the plastic wall plugs ? that suits hollow bricks ?

Thanks for sharing your question about your hose reel. Due to the hollow nature of your brick wall I suggest using the following anchor set:

• Ramset 300ml Chemset UltraFix Plus 
   
• Ramset Multifit Sieve - 4 Pack 
   
• Ramset M10 x 130mm Galvanised Chemset Stud 

Since the holes for your hose reel mount are already drilled into the brick wall, I suggest testing the sieve pack to make sure it fits into the holes, if not, I suggest drilling them a little bit bigger to make sure that the sieve pack fits into the holes.
