I am a rental tenant. Recently moved into a townhouse with a small yard completely full of pepper trees.
Agent had the loppers come in, cut them down and poisoned before informing that there was every chance they would grow back.
After some research, I realised it was inevitable they would grow back, so started the process of root removal with a cheap electric chainsaw and shovel .Seem to be coming off two main root clumps.
Pictures before, after, and a projection on photo editor.
Pavers have been levelled, that was an older image. Projected feature plant is pink cordyline
Awesome stuff @maxfactor , I'm sure the owner is loving what you're doing with the space.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @maxfactor. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for sharing your project.
What a marked improvement to the space; I'm sure you're proud of your efforts! Rightly so, as removing tree stumps is no mean feat.
It looks like you're more than capable of transforming this space, but please reach out if you need any assistance or advice.
I look forward to seeing more updated images as you progress.
