We live in the Perth hills and wanted to create a relaxing outdoor ‘Soak Sanctuary’ which would be private; blend in with the landscape; and create a resourceful, rustic, peaceful ambience, in-keeping with the dense bush surrounding of our property……a place to truly unwind and recharge our batteries. Starting from scratch, we cleared the ground; sourced old doors, cupboards, windows, pallets, rusty bits and pieces, and natural bush-logs. All features and structures were constructed using Bunnings hardware materials, nuts/bolts/screws, paints, power tools, plumbing, metal screen, plants, brackets, timber, and solar fairy lights for night time bathing...so romantic!

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @MandyMum7. It's fantastic to have you join us, and many thanks for sharing your amazing project.
Well, isn't this just delightful? You had me at "Outdoor bathroom," but your Australiana theme is the icing on the cake. I love everything you've done here, and it just works so well.
Wonderful effort and thanks again for sharing.

Thanks so much Mitchell........it was a labour of love and my hubby and I have thought about doing this for years, so it's nice to finally enjoy the 'fruit of our labours'. Being creative is so rewarding. We also totally gutted my cluttered study and fitted a Kaboodle kitchen, and beautiful floor boards into this now modern, minimalist space. Operating my home business is now so much more enjoyable. Thanks for your feedback and glad that you enjoyed the photos. Cheers...Mandy
