Leaky pegola

My hubby & son built our pergola. When it rains everything leaks, how do we fix this problem. Pergola is made of wood & attached to the house

It's would be beneficial in giving some great advice if we could have a little bit more information about your pergola. Some pictures would be helpful also. What type of roofing is on the pergola, can you tell where exactly the leaks are coming from and were the appropriate roofing screws with gaskets used to fix the roof sheeting down?
