Hey all - what is everyone cooking up this weekend? I'm thinking it's ribs, probably pork, although lamb ribs are pretty on point to smoke at the moment.
What's on your grill or smoker?
Smoked up a storm on Monday (took the day off for this beauty). Keep it simple with a salt, pepper, garlic rub for the cook, then basted in a special BBQ sauce. It was spot on. Don't know where the flip my pics of it cut up have gone though - can't even show of the beauty of the smoke ring and the juicy goodness.
OMG @ProjectPete, I would never've picked you for someone with such lovely looking soft hands (pic #2).
@ProjectPete, I spare my darling wife of all the hard yakka, & by the way, 4X4s are matchsticks in my world. Mate, you need to man up.

Got a bit busy on the wknd with a sweet spiced rolled pork shoulder, jalapeno poppers and completed the smoking (and of course eating) phase of making my own bacon following @MoonshineBen's method. Legendary!
