Hi Everyone,
I have a front patio which needs a facelift - I will be tiling over the existing tiles, which should make the project very easy. However, the outside (horizonal to vertical) edges have been rounded off instead of being square. Do I need to make those edges square before tiling? How should I do this? is there a product out there that can make a straight corner?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about tiling your patio.
In order to give our members a better understanding of your tiling project, would it be possible for you to post a few photos of your patio. It sounds like your tiles have been modified so that you would have a round edge. Is it possible that the tiles were sanded down? Once we see the pictures of your patio we should be able to give you a few recommendations on how to proceed.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
