How to stop water seeping in from front door?

How else can i stop water from coming in through my front door from underneath. I have door seal on my door which was done recently.

The only way I can think of to stop that water from sitting there is to adjust the threshold so there is a slope @Renes. Alternatively, you could look at one of the canopies that I mentioned earlier.

Which tradie should i get to fix that threshold?

You likely don't need a qualified tradesperson @Renes; a handyperson should be able to complete the work. You might like to use services such as HiPages to advertise the job and seek someone that can do the work. Alternatively, have a look for a carpenter in your local area.
