Hello Bunnings Workshop - We live up a battle-axe block with a lengthy driveway. Cracks do develop. So far we have tried to repair using Sikaflex Sealant which is then painted over with the original driveway colour sealer. This repair method is OK for thin cracks but the wider cracks are more difficult. - Any ideas? Thanks Team

Hi @David4321,
Thank you for your question about repairing cracks in your concrete driveway.
I'd suggest filling the larger cracks with Concrete Bog, which is a two-part filler that sets hard as concrete.
You can apply the bog to the cracks using a Kango 100mm Joint Knife, doing your best to keep it as level as possible with the concrete.
Once set, the bog can be painted to match the rest of the driveway.
Let me know what you think and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Jacob
Thank you Jacob
I will give it a go. Much appreciated.
Kind regards

Hi again Jacob
I guess I will need to remove Sikaflex sealant first, (originally used as a filler), before applying the Concrete Bog - Correct?
David4321
Hello @David4321
Yes, you'll need to remove the Sikaflex first as these two products are not compatible.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Eric
Thank you Eric - I was thinking that might be the case. Guidance much appreciated.
