How to repair timber windows?
Hello community members
The roof window is in poor condition and requires repair. Do you have any suggestions after viewing the pictures? Should I have them repaired or replaced? Also, does Bunnings offer tradesmen who can provide quotes for both repair and replacement?
Thanks

Re: roof window repair
Hi @rohitbudhiraja,
It appears as if some substantial work needs to be done to fix this issue. The timber cladding and trim work has decayed significantly and will need to be replaced and the caulking seals around the window have perished, likely allowing moisture to enter.
Unfortunately, Bunnings does not provide a service that would cover this kind of work, and I suggest you look towards sites such as Airtasker or hipages to enlist the services of a professional that can provide quotes for the repair.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
