I need to repaint a piece of colorbond fence.
Hello @mitchell48
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about painting your Colorbond fence.
Can you please tell us a little bit more about your repair plan? Are you only repairing a section of the fence or are you repainting the whole lot? The general sequence is to clean the surface of the fence and using sugar soap wipes to cleanse the surface of oil and grease. Once it is totally clean you can then spray paint the surface with primer and topcoat. Please keep in mind that the newly painted section will stand out from the rest of the faded section of your fence.
I suggest having a look at these discussions - How to paint a Colorbond fence? by @Oshah and How do I paint my Colorbond fence? by @BlairL. There are some excellent recommendations on what product to use and what steps to take before painting the fence.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
