Hi all,
Recently, big changes been happening and this 2025 we've decided to add another vehicle for transportation. I've been playing with the idea of converting this space to park a new car. Starting with the planterbox, wanting to remove this and replace it with concrete. Might do the same as well to the other side. Also thinking of putting over a sail cloth for the weather. Would greatly appreciate all responses. Cheers
Hi @Crypto_Dad,
Removing the planter box should be relatively straightforward. You can use a mini sledgehammer and pinch bar to break apart and lift the box. Once it's removed, you can mix up a couple of bags of concrete to fill the area and level the ground.
As for the shade cloth, it will help protect your car from the sun, but it may not offer much protection from the weather. If you're looking for more coverage and protection, you might want to consider a carport, which would provide more shelter from rain and wind.
