We found that birds had been nesting both in the unit and in the box underneath the unit which they were accessing under a tin platform which had a small gap in it. Although the A/C technician had sealed the A/C unit,, the birds still access the roof via the corrugated roofing as well. What should I do?
Some people had suggested installing gutter guards to prevent birds from landing on the roof. Please advise, thank you

Hello @Sunny18
There are quite a few brands in regards to gutter guard, I suggest visiting your local store and having a look to see which one is suitable for your needs. Some of the mesh types come in 8-meter rolls others come shorter. Just keep in mind that the total length you'll need is 72 meters, you may add an extra meter for overlays and adjustments.
For example, one of the longest packs available is the Jack 180mm x 15m Plastic Super Gutter Guard. It is UV stabilized and can withstand harsh weather.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks Eric, I will keep you updated

Hi Team
can you please advise which product is better
Hi Team
I hope you’re well
Tradie told me that Jack 110mm Gutterguard Outdoor Fire Retardant
Bristle Guard would suit the colour bond roof more galvanised wire , Jack 110mm Gutterguard Outdoor Fire Retardant because
Bristle Guard Bristle Guard will fit in snug in between the gutters as colour bond roofs usually fall closer to the gutter than tiled roofs.
This product also makes it easier to clean the gutters as you just pull them out and rinse them and put them back in as you can re use them!
Can you please confirm it is true ? Thank you

Hello @Sunny18
I recommend using the Jack 125mm Outdoor Fire Retardant Gutter Bristles. Not only is it easy to install, but it is also easy to take out and clean, simply use the jet function on your garden hose gun and hose off any mud or debris that might have attached itself to the bristles.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you Eric,
Jack 110mm Gutterguard Outdoor Fire Retardant
Bristle Guard
How many do you need to put in?
Thank you
Hello @Sunny18
You will need 72 meters; this is in accordance with the measurements you provided. It would be better to get the Jack 125mm Outdoor Fire Retardant Gutter Bristle - 6 Pack as it more economical. It will require eight packs to cover the gutters.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Thanks Eric. I clicked the link. Please find the attached photo. 'Jack 125mm Outdoor FireRetardant Gutter Bristle - 6 Pack'- is no longer available, we can only use the similar product “Jack 110mm Outdoor Fire Retardant Gutter Bristle - 6 Pack” so how many in total I need to buy which including the covers as well.
Please advise , thanks
