I have a small pebble stone area next to my garage and would like to lay concrete pavers for the wheels entrance to make it easy to get in.
Please advise.

Re: How to prep for a concrete pavers for my camper to sit on
Hello @redking
Thank you for sharing your question about laying pavers for your camper.
It's fantastic that my colleague @StevieB has shown you some great guides for paving. My apologies for the late reply. Can you please tell us if you are planning to pave the entire area or are you running two parallel paths just for the wheels? Would it be possible for you to tell us the measurement of the camper's wheelbase and its overall weight?
With this information, we can give you a more comprehensive recommendation.
Let me tag our experienced member @Brad for their advice on running campers over pavers.
We look forward to seeing the information.

Re: How to prep for a concrete pavers for my camper to sit on
Hi Team,
my trailer weight is 1150kg, dimensions are 1825W x 4605L. it is going to be facing forward so the wheels will be closest to the rear gate.
I will have a single row running forward to the step for the jockey wheel.

Re: How to prep for a concrete pavers for my camper to sit on
Hello @redking
I've checked with my flooring and paving specialist and though he agrees that using pavers will take the weight, he is worried about the pavers tilting when the wheels run over them. When pavers are laid out they usually gather their strength when they are locked in together preventing them from tilting and moving. Having a large surface of pavers spreads the weight of the vehicle and is not just concentrated on a single one.
When pavers are joined in a large spread they usually redirect the flow of rain towards the drain. A single row of pavers will not be able to do this and it will cause the earth to soften and the paver to move. I also asked about cement support to prevent the paver from moving. In this instance using cement to anchor the paver now becomes a more involved task.
Unless you are paving the entire area, I recommend building a cement path instead for your camper's wheels and the jockey wheel. You can build it with steel bars embedded so that it is reinforced to take the weight. You can feather the angle of the approach to the path so that the weight of the camper is slowly taken in. You can also decorate or colour the path in case you wish to make it look nice.
If you need more advice or information, please let us know.
