Hi,
I would like to do all paving in this area so that I can extend my alfresco.
New to such diy.
How can i do that ?

Thank you for your question.
Paving always starts with preparation and compaction of the foundation. You will need to start by removing enough material to allow for a compacted base of drainage gravel atleast 50mm thick. Compaction can be achieved using a mechanical plate compactor or a tamper. You should then apply a layer of Easy Mix 20kg Paver Bedding and Screeding Sand atleast 20mm thick to allow for levelling and fine adjustments to the pavers.
Once the area is prepared, it is as simples as laying the pavers, following your chosen pattern, using a rubber mallet and spirit level, then filling the gaps with Easy Mix 20kg Paver Bond Polymeric Sand and wetting down as per the manufacturers advice to lock the pavers in place.
