Hi, I’d like to paint the outdoor air conditioner, same colour as the wall (basalt).

The first thing to do would be to contact the manufacturer to ask whether painting their unit is something they can't see an issue with as there could be safety implications. At face value, I can't see an issue with it, but you never know.
It's a powedercoated steel, so likely could be treated similar to painted Colorbond steel. That normally involved scuffing up the surface with a Scotchbright pad and then priming with Rustguard True Bite. You'd then be able to use the Rustguard range of enamel paint to coat the unit. They can be tinted to a range of different colours.
