hi
I have a few blocks as shared in the link below that I need to cut across to fit my project. I don't think getting an electric saw would be worth it. What options do I have? I tried to use hammer and chisel but it wasn't accurate and it didn't turn out right.

Hi @AJ-DIYer,
Did you do many lighter strikes around your break line, or just a couple of heavier blows? Typically you need to do lots of lighter strikes to send fractures through from all sides to get a clean break.
The most cost-effective solution would likely be to use an angle grinder and diamond blade. Bit of an expense for a few cuts, but likely the easiest way to get clean lines.
Remember your PPE, including safety glasses and a face mask.
Please let me know fi you have any questions.

There might be some specialised blades out there but none that I'm aware of @AJ-DIYer. They'd likely cost you more than an angle grinder and blade, though.
