We are thinking to make a new outdoor type of kitchen and dinning area, where have a dishwasher as well because our existing kitchen is very small for big family.

I understand your need for more space especially if you have a big family. Before we make a new kitchen outside can you please tell me the measurements of your kitchen inside? Perhaps we can re-arrange how it's laid out and possibly provide you with an alternative. Building a kitchen outside is not ideal as it is exposed to the elements and it also voids your warranty as most kitchens require that it be installed inside the house.
The same thing will happen if you place your dinner table outside. Unless you are planning to close off that area and extend the room towards the stairs. Would it also be possible for you to take a picture of the entire area of the kitchen? Stand next to the oven cooker and take a wide-angle shot of the area. This will allow us to assess the area. We can then offer you recommendations on how to proceed.
