How to get rid of Pigeons from sitting all over roof tiles?

We are living in a townhouse which consists of two floors.

Would like to get rid of pigeons sitting all over the roofing tiles . its a messing the roof and bir droppings as well. Any suggestions to get rid of it please. Thanks

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about deterring pigeons from roosting on your roof.

I suggest having a look at this discussion - How to get rid of pigeons? by @Hen. One of the reasons pigeon's roosts in certain areas is because of the availability of food and water. Do you have pets, and do you feed them nearby? If not, it may be just out of habit that the pigeons have decided to use your area as the communal hangout. 

The common methods used to deter birds are bird spikes, bird scare tape, owl bird scarer, Black Cat Bird Scare - 3 Pack and Multicrop 400g Scat Bird And Animal Repellent. However, if you are after direct intervention, I propose attaching a Holman 3 Arm Sprinkler With Heavy Duty Weighted Base on your garden hose and sitting it near where the pigeons roost.

If you have a WiFi controlled garden hose, you can activate the sprinkler and surprise the pigeons away without harming them.
