How do I fix the cracks in the photos please, or who would you recommend or suggest that should contact to have it fixed?
If this is something that can be done by me please advise how do I go about fixing it, the area is just above my garage I am not sure what caused it but my guess is due to house settling??
Any information would be greatly appreciated
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Legend23. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about repairing cracks.
Those joints appear to have been sealed with a product like Sikaflex 11FC. The joint has reached an expansion point where the sealant has let go. Aesthetically, you could re-fill the joints, which will close the gaps. However, I think it would be worth having a builder/roof specialist assess this movement as it's fairly extensive. My main concern is that this expansion could have also happened on the roof, allowing a point for water ingress. Once you get the okay that there is no issue with the roof, you can fill the gaps with Sika 11FC to neaten them up.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Legend23 - Then I'm with Mitchell's opinion above.
"However, I think it would be worth having a builder/roof specialist assess this movement"
Thank you @MitchellMc
I've organised for a roof specialist to come and assess.
I appreciate the help!
I think that is well worth it, @Legend23. Once you find out about the roof's condition, shout out if you need any assistance filling the gaps.
