Good Morning,
Long time lurker first time poster! Have searched forums and not found an answer.
The pictures show a fibre cement wall that is built in front of boundary fence near pool, its 1.8m. Wall was built by previous owner, only ever had an under coat. The fibre cement joining strips have around 5mm gap between them.
we are looking at painting qith a textured finish but am hoping to fill these gaps before paint (wife doesn't like the gaps)
Any suggestions on what sort of product might work best ?
Any guidance would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @New2Trade1. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about filling gaps.
Sikaflex 11FC would be a great option for filling those gaps. It's a flexible polyurethane sealant designed for joints like this, allowing for some movement while still providing a strong bond. Since it’s paintable, it will blend seamlessly with your textured finish.
Make sure the gaps are clean and free of dust before applying the Sikaflex. Use a caulking gun, and for a neat application, smooth the filler with a spatula or a soapy finger to get a flush finish. Once it’s fully cured, you can paint over it with your textured finish.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
