How to clean stains off render. It is dust/dirt from balcony rail that washes off in rain.

Thanks for sharing your question about how to clean your render. I suggest using 30 Seconds 5L Outdoor Cleaner Concentrate. It is a quick and cost-effective exterior cleaner, used to restore those dangerous slimy green and slippery black surfaces to looking like new again. Also ideal for the treatment of mould and mildew on exterior surfaces killing the spores and minimising re-growth.

For stubborn stains you may use a soft scrub brush to loosen the debris on your wall. 

Please make sure to give the cleaner enough time to activate. Washing the surface too soon will neutralize its effectiveness.
