Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Leesha. It's great to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about building stairs.
It's great to hear that you're back on your feet and tackling this project! You're definitely on the right track. To make sure your stairs are stable enough to hold 100+ kg, you'll need to add some extra reinforcement. You've got one support in place, but it's best to add a second support, placing each one against and securely screwed into the stringer. This will prevent the stairs from twisting, especially when weight is applied, particularly on the top step.
Another way to add more stability would be to use pavers under the top step to give it a solid foundation. While I love the creativity behind your DIY project, it's important to note that these stairs may not meet building codes, though they likely don't apply since the stairs aren't connected to a house. The most important thing is to ensure your stairs are sturdy, stable, and safe to use. Keep going—you're almost there!
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Morning @Leesha
Now those steps are nice! I do like how you have stacked them and also the stringer. I agree with @MitchellMc that a little more support is needed at the rear.
The rear support you have that sits under the topmost tread could pop off or slide to a side, Depending if there is an edge next to the pool tha you need to step over, I would have two vertical side pieces attached under the stringer rail at the top (Angled cut but easy to work out) and have them go down to rest on a piece that is laid flat as the base of your step (piece goes across the width of the steps). I would also join the top of these to the stringer with another piece of timber overlaying the rail to give it strength.
