How to add vent holes to a brick porch?

Pest control report my home has no vent holes i guess he means front brick porch . Can i insert vent holes.

Was not having weep holes an issue that was identified and they specified that there was an issue that required their instalment? 

Or was it purely an observation they made, and no specific recommendation was made?

If there was a specific issue requiring them to be installed, it is likely possible, however, I would advise you to contact a builder for their recommendations before doing so. A pest control specialist is unlikely to have the construction knowledge to make this determination, whereas a licenced builder specialising in brick homes will.

Thank you Jacob . It was just an observation not reccomendation a small brick section of steps..

Hi @daisy4,

If that is the case, I wouldn't worry about it. 

It was probably included in the report as weep holes are often an entry point for termites and rodents.
