How to DIY anti-slip for outdoor ceramic tiles?

Hi, I have an alfresco area that has 600 x 600 ceramic tiles and it becomes very slippery when it rains or the hose drips from watering the pot plants.  Is there a product suitable for ceramic tiles that you can apply yourself and don't have to reapply every year that will make them less slippery?

Cheers

Re: How to DIY anti slip for outdoor ceramic tiles

Hello @Clare-Bear

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's fabulous to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about anti-slip coatings for ceramic tiles.

I suggest using the DTA 1L Anti Slip coating. This anti-slip product is a fluoride-based formula designed to help prevent slipping on ceramic, mosaic and quarry tiles, terrazzo and unpainted concrete floors. It works by altering the surface texture while maintaining the floor's appearance and is suitable for use around bathrooms, patios, pools and steps.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Eric
