Cutting through Pallet Nails

Hi all. I'm new to the workshop and would like to know the best tool for cutting through nails on pallets.

Welcome @1Learner 

A grinder is easiet to cut through a nail assuming you have the right access/angle to it. Have you already removed some of the wood so the nail is exposed?

You should just be able to pull them out with a claw hammer even.
