Can I DIY install Deta Grid Connect Smart Outdoor double powerpoint?

I cant find any information on wether or not I can DIY install this product

Can't find the manuals online. Is it something that needs to be installed by a registered electrician?

Short answer is yes, you’ll need to contact a licensed electrician. Anything to be hardwired into your electrical switchboard will require a licensed professional.
